Past a Pentennial!

Its been 5 years,when the journey began,

There were so many uncertainties far away at the horizon.

Studying abroad, staying alone, not knowing what is in store,

What will come my way, surprises to the galore.

But right from cafe coffee day till today,

We were always surrounded by friends who supported all the way.

Those late nights in Clemson, friday flowers,

Loitering around with friends for hours.

Assignments, projects, grades, semester,

on-campus jobs, assistanships making it all the better.

Secrets with roomates, late arrivals at venue,

Dressing alike, cooking together, was all so impromptu .

Favorite cuisines around campus,

Tiramisu, thai-asian food, spill the beans, craving for nothing less!

Best friends, close friends, friends for life,

'A' friend for life :)

Some somber memories too, that leave my heart pounding,

But revives with the most beautiful ones that keeps us binding.

Then came time to part ways,

Time to explore the craze.

Awaiting were some tough times,

But we all sailed through it with smiles.

New place, new jobs, new friends,

The process that never ends.

Opt, H1s, job securities,

Demanding for greater sincerities.

Some of us got accompanied by their soul mates in the ride,

Which made it easier to glide.

Some of us are still looking for the one,

Who will make their life more fun.

Cherishing every piece of the memory,

That make my eyes a little shimmery!
